I remember watching James Stewart in “It’s a Wonderful Life” many years ago and being moved by the movie’s profound message and by his powerful performance.  As an actor, it’s wonderful having found this interview and being able to benefit from his wisdom and expertise. These words of Mr. Stewart’s are of great assistance to the actor regardless of what stage of the creative process she/he is in, he states that “I‘ve, I’ve sort of over the years, I’ve developed a theory.  I’m getting to believe that in in films, what everybody is striving for is to produce moments, not a performance, not a characterization, not something that you get into the part and that’s you you produce moments that create a feeling of believability to what you’re doing: “
