Homeless is a worldwide societal issue, which has been examined many times in Dhar Mann Studios projects.
In “Karen Humiiates Homeless Lady” Crystal Lujan, who portrays the homeless lady is embrassed and humiliated by Elsie Muller for attempting to eat food that a restaurant customer has left.
Having food to eat is a basic necessity for every human being. This project highlighted, for me, the need for compassion and kindness for everyone, especially those who are suffering from hunger and homelessness.
